"Zach was a little late arriving, but once on site, he diagnosed the problem, checked for other problems, and repaired the dryer. It now works perfectly. He also checked the vent all the way to the roof. Zach also provided me with useful information about the dryer and vent. He was competent and thoroughly professional (not an experience I have always had with appliance repairmen). I will call All Better Appliance the next time I have an appliance problem."

"I called Mr. Dunn because my refrigerator had stopped working. He was able to schedule an appointment for that same afternoon. Mr. Dunn called when he was on his way to verify I was at home and still needed his services. Once he got here, he was able to diagnosis the problem almost immediately. The drain used for defrosting was stopped up. He quoted what it would cost to fix the problem and once I agreed he began the repair.  He took it apart and unclogged it, put it back together and it is now working just fine. I was very impressed with the straight forward way Mr. Dunn conducts business, no trying to fluff prices or feed you a line. I will definitely be using Mr. Dunn again in the future for any appliance repairs I need. He also does Handyman Services which I will not hesitate to use.
