"I had a large stairstep crack in my garage wall that needed addressed. I had Alford give me a quote along with 2 other companies. Alford was by far the best all around, not only were they more affordable they were on time and very professional. The crew that came were knowledgeable and hard working and got right to work digging and installing 4 piers to stabilize my garage. "Mr. Turner returned my call and made an appointment to come by within a day. He was punctual and seemed very thorough and professional during the walk through to get measurements needed for the estimate. However the ballpark figures he quoted for exterior painting of the house and replacement of the deck (while we were talking )were way above the estimates I received from 2 other companies who came by a week later . After I had already decided to go with another company, he called to say he had an estimate ready. I didn't ask for the figures; I thanked him and told him I had decided to go with another company."
