"Jared from Apex roofing called because he was running late. I appreciate that. When he arrived (only about 5 min late) he said he could do the job right then. Replaced the ridge shingles that had blown off. I had shingles. He also walked the roof and fixed a minor loose shingle. Cost $150. This was a great job. I had received estimates for the job ranging from $1,425 to $800. This was a simple job as Jared proved. Apex is not out to pull the wool over your eyes and charge much more than the job requires. I will use them again when needed."

"Start to finish a great company to work with. Jeff came out after I called the main office and provided a no-pressure / no-upsell proposal. Jeff helped work with our insurance adjustor to correct errors in the adjustor's estimate for the re-roof. The crew arrived on the scheduled day with everything they needed to do the job. They protected our deck, planters, air conditioner, etc with tarps to prevent damage during the re-roof. The crew had the old roofing stripped-off and replaced with new shingles in less than 8 hours. Clean-up was immaculate. The only way you could tell that they had been there at the end of the day was the beautiful new roofing. Dealing with Veronica in the office was also very pleasant. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"I'm writing this review for my 84 year-old grandfather. I really do appreciate the service done by this company. Some shingles had blown off the roof of his home during a rainstorm. Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. And the price was excellent compared to some of the other ones we had called around to get. I appreciate this companies honesty and professionalism. His roof is as good as new. "I had my entire roof and gutters replaced. Home Genius did a great job under what could only be considered unprecedented circumstances. Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. The roof and gutters look great and I get compliments regularly on it."

"Brett came over quickly for an estimate and they began work in a few days. The team was very nice and worked hard to complete this project in 3 days. All old siding was removed along with the gutters. Rotten boards had to be replaced and the front porch overhang had to be rebuild from years of water collecting under the siding. The entire garage and house got new siding and trim was done along all windows and doors. Brett suggested putting on a shingle looking siding on the peak of the houe and garage in a slightly lighter color for some contrast and it was worth every penny! Cleanup was good and the whole experience was very nice. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for gutters, siding or roofing.

"There were several problems during work on the roof. Initially they loaded up my roof with the wrong shingles. I took a vacation day that day so the work could progress and 20+ workers arrived to start work only to immediately depart due to the wrong shingles. The job was delayed so that the incorrect shingles could be removed from my roof and the correct shingles dropped off. While working on my faux chimney and hot water heater vent they somehow twisted and broke the vent to my hot water heater. I was picking up nails in my yard for weeks. At completion of the job they had left a section of my eaves damaged and did not cut the indoor hole for the skylight that they installed. All problems we're addressed in a reasonable amount of time."
