Also sanded and painted the surrounding trim. He also replaced blinds over the kitchen sink. And wired a ceiling light to replace a bathroom fan. Mike was polite, professional and cleaned up the areas nicely. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend McDaniel Maintenance. "We called Ibrahim because our washer was stopping mid-cycle and the dryer wasn’t drying properly. It was really frustrating and had been happening for a while. Ibrahim got back to us quickly and came out soon after. He was very friendly and took the time to check both machines and explain what was wrong. The washer had a drainage issue and the dryer had a lot of lint buildup. He explained everything before fixing it and was very honest about what needed to be done. He fixed both the washer and dryer and everything has been working great since. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend him and would call him again."

"Guy is amazing! He came to remove some cabinets and install new appliances and wound up helping me for the next four weeks. He’s installed water lines, gas lines, moved electrical outlets, installed all new receptacles in the house, installed new light fixtures, did drywall repairs, painted, stained, fixed the doors twice after the movers broke them, moved appliances, fixed the shower, removed moss from the roof and cleaned it, installed new light switches, installed exterior lights, chalked all the windows, hung new blinds, installed new flooring and molding, installed new sink vanity and faucet, replaced all the water shut off valves in the bathroom and kitchen and is doing a small remodel in the kitchen (new countertops, backsplash, sink and upgrading the cabinets). Guy can do it all! He is easy going, hard working, knowledgeable, very fairly priced, communicative and talented. Hire Guy. You won’t be disappointed!"
