Alvin bent over backwards to repaire the damage, replace the ruined water heater, and make us whole. He even changed the water heater to a tankless model because the location of the ruined water heater didn't meet code and tankless was our only option."

"They really are 'good guys'! Not only did they fix the problem (our sump pump stopped working), but they were very honest with us about it. They could have tried to sell us a new sump pump, but they took the old one out (which really isn't very old), and they repaired it right there on the spot. They also made some changes in the pipe that it was connected to (shortened and repositioned it) so the problem wouldn't happen again. "Felipe's wood working skills are fantastic. He had to replace a section of redwood molding around a window on a second story. The replacement molding wasn't an exact profile match but after he was done installing and painting, you would never know. It looks perfect. I also hired him to clean off a shed roof that was a mess. It turned out to be more work than he expected but he honored his bid and did another great job and cleaned up beautifully. He is a really great guy and we look forward to having him help us with our bathroom remodel."

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber.
