"We recently had a leak with our heating/cooling systems, and after soliciting recommendations from friends in the Reno/Sparks area, we went with Allen Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. Even though they were slammed as this is their busy season, they were able to fit us in within a few days. Once they arrived, they were very professional and diagnosed and fixed our leak within the hour! We've already scheduled for routine maintenance for our heating systems in the Fall. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone."

"We went with Elizabeth Shutters because they are made in the USA and lead time was much less than anyone else. Cost was about in the middle of the others we received quotes on. We were very excited to get our shutters installed. Mike the installer was on time and professional. The issue is the actual quality of the shutters. We only had 5 windows done and every shutter has some type of mark from scratches, chips, gouges and even paint rolling down one. Most of the issues were on the frames but some on the actual shutters. We also were having a shade installed but the bracket was not correct. Things happen and I even understand some issues with product. My complaint is that I reached out to Elizabeth Shutters exactly 1 week ago today. Told them of the quality issues and sent pictures. Also commented that pictures are hard to see everything and I was hopeful someone would come out and look. I also asked when the bracket would be in for the shades. Again 1 week ago and I have heard nothing back. That is not acceptable."

"We called Kyle to set up an appointment to have our Hot Tub repaired. He was nice and friendly and texted us to set up an appointment between 9am-11am but on the day of the appointment, he didn?t show up and he didn?t call or message us to let us know he wasn?t coming. We messaged him to ask if he was still coming but he didn?t respond until almost 2pm and when he did, he apologized and told us that he ran into an emergency that took longer than he thought and he asked us if we could please allow him another chance to come the following morning. We took a chance and set up an appointment for 9 AM the following day. We sat and waited for him the next morning and again he was a ?no show?. He did message around 9:30am stating he was sorry again but he had another emergency and he would have to reschedule for later in the week. Kyle seems to be a nice person but a horrible businessman. It was inconvenient for us to wait around 2 days in a row and all he could say is ?life happens?."
