Fanning's came in on short notice in a high stress environment with EVERY unkown utility mismarked and unmarked and completed the project 24 hours ahead of schedule with ZERO utility interruptions, ZERO damage & ZERO complaints from surrounding neighbors. If you call anyone else, you obviuosly did not read the above statement. If you want your project completed right the first time at an acceptable rate, hire these guys. If you want to call someone else first and then call Fanning's to fix what they did not complete, that's okay too; Fanning's will still be there at a fair rate to elimanate the other contractor's mistake(s)!"

"Our back yard, like many in Bella Vista, was covered in stone. We had an area off our patio where we wanted grass. Jose and his crew began work the day after I contracted them. At my request, they moved the rock from the area into other sections of the yard where rock would remain. The rock was very deep and it took the four men all day to complete the job. They also pulled up the landscape weed block material and chopped out old roots. <br /> Jose ordered the sod for us and there was a few days delay due to heavy rains. When the sod was ready he called the day before to set up installation. He and his men raked in several yards of topsoil and leveled out low spots. They then laid the sod and did a great job. Jose was very good about getting our feedback as the job was being completed and his pricing was very reasonable when compared to other contractors in the area. <br /> I waited a while to complete this review to insure that the sod took. It looks great! Jose does almost any kind of landscape work, big and small, and he has a hard working crew to get the job done. We will definitely call him for future projects. <br />"
