"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. They kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. They clearly answered any questions I had about their work processes. When they were done clean-up was so good you could not even tell they had been there.

"OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!"

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
