"It was good, it was very good. It was all of last year. I think, but they were kind of on their own schedule or I would just find out when they were here. Other than that, I think it was just fine. At least the grass was happy. I don?t know the comparative pricing, but I think it was probably an ?A? as well, it wasn?t too bad.  I think, the only thing if they had to improve was I had no clue what the schedule was. They would just come and do their things.

At times, it was like fall is coming soon, are they going to come or not come for the winterization. I just had no idea. Of course, they came through, but that was the main thing I would want them to improve on. To kind of give people a heads up on what the dates are and when they expect to be there, so there is less guessing. I did get in touch with them trying to find out and they did get back to me right away. There was no set schedule, so I can?t hold them to a schedule if I don?t know what it was. It was a yearly plan, basically pay one time a month."

Applied a antibiotic to the infected tree and gave all 13 la deep root feeding. Time will tell! Cost about $1800 to treat all my trees and shrubs. Would use them again."

"Contractor arrived on time walked around the property to show him what needed to be done. He kept saying "this will be hard to clean up because the leaves were packed down." On several occasions he mentioned it might take longer and I wouldn't want him to leave the job 3/4 done and he would have to charge me more. At the end of the meeting I did not feel confident I would get 1249.00 worth of work."
