He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in"

"We had an excellent experience with Argen Builders. We had our tub and surrounding walls removed and replaced with a new tub, subway tiles, and a marble niche. Having two young children (ages 1.5 and 3) I was very apprehensive to have people in the house during Covid times. However, during the entire duration of their work, the entire team always wore masks and took precautions. They were extremely friendly, and we felt very safe. Argen remained on schedule and were able to complete the job within six days. There were a couple small issues that arose, and they were able to deliver creative solutions. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. The completed work is flawless and looks incredible. They cleaned up after the completion of the work, disposing of materials, and even wiped down the floor and counters of the bathroom. I highly recommend Argen and we will definitely use them again in the future."
