"Steve and his crew were excellent. They tried to be out the same day I called (Thursday), but a previous job went longer than expected, so they agreed to come out on Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm. They showed up right on time, removed the old water heater and promptly installed the new one. I actually had to leave town on Thursday, but my roommate was there to let them in Friday; Steve called me periodically with updates and kept me informed every step of the way. Great job, excellent service."

We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. "Joe and his buddy removed the old leaking water heater and installed a new Bradford White water heater and a new expansion tank. The price was super competitive and reasonable! They came on time and did a very careful job. They really paid attention to details, such as removing any debris, cleaning the water stains, and carefully adjusting the new gas pipe and water pipe. The new water heater was installed beautifully and the spot was left clean. Moreover, Joe has explained very patiently on how to do routine maintenance on the water heater to extend its life. Added filtration and water softener systems as well. Replaced kitchen and bathroom faucets,also both frost-free hose bibs outside. Very professional friendly team. Cleaned up work areas very good. "The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."

"This company did a phenomenal job! They replaced our main water line, and did excellent, quality work! They were prompt, they were prepared for COVID, they also put drop cloths down so that they wouldn't dirty the carpet! They took extra care not to mess up the yard by putting down plywood too. They were efficient and did a marvelous job. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again! One of my neighbors used them for indoor bathroom plumbing repair and said the same thing. They are also reasonably priced!"
