When we first met, we told him that we had a baby on the way and were working with a tight window to hopefully complete the project before the baby was born. We hired him and we knew that we made the correct decision because he was determined to make that deadline (and he did). Stan also worked with us on our budget and helped us cut where we needed to in order to make our dream basement come true. He handled all of the permits and talked with the borough for us so we didnâ t have to deal with that headache which made the process so much quicker and easier. That was very important to us. Lastly, even though our project was smaller in comparison to what he normally does, we didnâ t feel like he cared about our project any less than others. The commitment and care did not go unnoticed.
