"I called Columbia NW Heating & Cooling on Monday morning, and spoke with Blake. By 2pm that same day, Dave was at my home with a quote for my new furnace. I spoke with Andrea who schedules installation and by Saturday I had a new furnace installed by Ivan. I'm telling you I have never been happier with a company regarding efficiency and their friendliness & professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone that needs the services they provide. They keep in touch via phone and follow up with text and emails. As a matter of fact, I will be calling them next year for duct cleaning. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service from the 1st call, to the finished installation...all within 1 week. "I really appreciate the responsiveness and punctuality of the crew from Revival Energy. Brett was a great sales rep and did an excellent job reviewing the process prior to booking. Every time I contacted them, they were quick to respond and that is so appreciated. Their crew also showed up on time and did a nice job with the install. To date, the AC unit is working great, and we are excited to have it. The only reason I cannot give Revival an excellent rating is because their technician who installed the unit broke my NEST thermostat. The thermostat worked great (nearly 6 months) until after it was removed and reinstalled by Revival's team. The installer simply put the thermostat back up (it was clearly broken) and left it there without informing me it was damaged in any way. I discovered it later that evening when the battery backup on the NEST ran down and the thermostat no longer worked. When I called the Revival team to discuss the issue, they quickly sent a tech back out to look at the thermostat. Unfortunately, his only excuse was that the Thermostat was "defective." Revival would take NO responsibility for mishandling the thermostat and told me it was my problem to take care of. It has been nearly two weeks since the install, and after being told to figure out what to do with the $250.00 thermostat on my own (which they broke) still no one has reached out to me to see if I was able to solve the problem, etc. I find it suspect that their responsiveness and customer care is excellent until a problem arises, and then nothing. I completely understand that accidents happen and in most cases I find myself to be quite reasonable. In this case, however, the technician should have informed me and his supervisor that the thermostat was "defective" or broken - if that was indeed the case - at the time he went to reinstall it. Instead he attempted to cover his mistake and hope that no one would notice. His actions indicated that there was some fault associated with his handling of the thermostat; and therefore, I believe it should have been Revival's responsibility to replace it."

"It went VERY well. They were a few minutes late on the first day of the work but when the installer arrived, he worked steadily for 9 hours. He installed the new thermostat in the old location so I would have heat for the night (had been without it for 5 days) and came back the following day for relocation and final cleanup.  The installer, Matt, was professional and very responsive to my needs and answered any question I had.  The estimator, Craig Roggers, was also very professional and gave me several rebates that saved me over 700 dollars as well as advice as to acquire further rebates on my tax returns. He also explained the differences between the types of furnaces they deal in and answered all my questions as to maintenance, costs, warranties, etc.  Although an unexpected and unwanted surprise of the furnace failing on New Year's Day, Oregon Heating made it less painful by their quick response in ordering and replacing the old with the new. <br />"

"They seemed to have done a pretty good job. I went through a contractor, but on one inside wall where they had to take down to run this pipe they did not put the wall back up. I don?t know if that is an oversight, but I am making a whole list of stuff here that various and sundry other subcontractors have done. The first guy that came out was a little goofy. He seemed to know what he was doing, but he did forget to put in 2 mixture valves, so the 1 shower that I had working I couldn?t get hot water out of it because it was being neutralized by the other 2 showers in the house. I called them in and the guy stopped out and put these 2 valves, and they worked fine after that. As with any subcontractor, the contractor gets a little take. I guess he is probably average in price."
