They installed a new fascia board and rehung gutter. Installed a solid wood set of 10 steps leading off the back deck, installed a new window (36” x 48”) in upstairs loft, extra spindles were placed between large gapes in already existing handrail, changes some bulbs in ceiling fan and replaced a sink faucet, added a pressure relief valve to water tank and nailed in cross bars in joists I’m crawl space. Here's how it works.. \n Simply email me your favorite picture or pictures to aarontristan39@gmail.com with a brief description of what you would like done. The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. \n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's \n 225 for 11x14's \n 275 for 14x17's \n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. "Cilla is fantastic.  She helped me decorate and organize my new log home.  I move into this home from a totally different style home and thought I needed to buy new furniture to fit the style. Cilla showed me how to repurpose my furniture.  She not only came up with the ideas, but she rolled up her sleeves and did the work too!  She helped me more furniture around and gave me great ideas.  She is a ball of energy and was great at quizzing us about what we liked and how we used each room.  She helped me with the living room, entry hallway, and dining room. She gave great ideas for other rooms too.  She even brought her sewing machine and whipped up some custom table coverings to put under the glass on some antique tables I thought didn't go in our log home...but with the added fabric they looked updated and we love them again. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for decorating ideas, help with organizing, renovation ideas, clutter help, and staging. Her rates are very reasonable. "Overall, remodel went fairly well. Shae and her team was very responsive and easy to schedule an appointment with. Had initial meeting, on-site visit to home to discuss remodel ideas, and was provided a follow-up appointment 1-2 weeks later which included physical ideas and 3D computer modeling of layout. Material and design selections were made, and they provided us with recommendations of several contractors to talk with to discuss hiring to conduct the physical build. Throughout 10-week process, Shae and staff periodically checked in to discuss process, as well as made several on-site visits. Following remodel, furniture was purchased from her store, and delivery was made rather quickly thereafter. Was happy overall with the use of Shae Designs and would go back for further consultation if the need arose. I have already recommended her business to several others as well since our remodel was complete."
