"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. "Chris and Ed arrived on time and completed the work in a very professional manner. Work area was cleaned up after installation and looked very good. They accidentally nicked an A/C line when drilling hole through wall to install drain line for water filter/softener system. They quickly called an A/C tech to come out and repair the A/C freon line (A/C tech fixed the pinhole, vacuumed the system, and re-charged to correct freon level). Hey, mistakes happen and they quickly got it fixed...everything works great and they did a great job installing my new whole-house water filter system. Wife and I are happy with how the water now feels/tastes."

"These guys were great!  From the first call to their office they scheduled us right in for an inspection.  When the inspector came he was organized, curious and extremely informative. When the job started, the crew was on time and worked unbelievably hard throughout the entire day, these men were super thorough. The foremen positioned the sump pump and discharge line so it was almost invisible to the naked eye.   Required a drain through the wall of the house. They also finished the job 1/2 day earlier then they had anticipated.  When they finished the job the basement was left clean and neat.  We got several quotes for the waterproofing and we are very happy with the results we got from AmeriDry.
