"the guys do excellent work didn't clean the mess up i had to hire someone to clean cause i couldn't lift it up i called about a plumbing issue they couldn't and they left in the middle of working on my plumbing I gave them two the owner not professional and they did the work but his work is bad and he's not a nice guy the crew did an excellent job but the owner was bossing them around and didn't do such a good job at cleaning and they went the extra mile. wouldn't recommend them. they even painted replaced all the pipes.. "It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"Buyers Beware – Total Waste of Money We purchased the premium home warranty package through Home Warranty Inc (homewarrantyinc.com) when we bought our home in October 2024, including the add-on for sprinkler system coverage. As anyone familiar with North Dakota knows, sprinkler systems must be winterized in September or October to prevent freeze damage. Ours was professionally blown out as soon as we moved in. Fast forward to spring—sprinkler systems in this region typically aren’t used again until late May, after the last freeze. We hired a professional sprinkler company to perform the spring startup and inspection. They found that multiple valves weren’t working properly. I filed a claim with the home warranty company immediately. Despite having the coverage, they denied the claim, saying it was a "pre-existing condition." That’s absolutely ridiculous, considering the system was winterized upon move-in and wasn’t even operational until months later. To make matters worse, this company has no partnered service providers in our town. You're expected to find your own technician, and good luck finding one who’s willing to work with them. Even if you do, you're likely stuck paying a significant amount out of pocket if anything needs to be replaced. This company is a complete scam. They take your money and leave you high and dry when it actually matters. I would never recommend them to anyone."
