"This company was without question one of the best we have worked with. Polite, honest about the work to be done and the time frame to get it done. Our Navien boiler/heat combo went on the fritz during a major cold snap and the holidays, a double whammy. They came out that very day. Jared was our technician, he was awesome. Kelley's was able to get the needed part to fix the issue the next day. He came back not only fixed the problem, but waited for 30 minutes before departure checking the system and making certain everything was running as designed. Since the combo system went down during such extreme cold days, extra pressure built up that didn't present itself until the next day. We texted Jared, he not only responded to the text, he called us immediately, on a Sunday and walked us through what turned out to be a simple fix. Things have been running smoothly ever since.
