Minasian found a near-perfect color match, so that it wasn't necessary to replace the binding on the other three sides, thus saving me a bundle of money. They also cleaned the rug and treated it with a stain guard. The whole project took almost 8 weeks---longer than I thought it should. But Minasian kept me informed through the process, and "comped" the materials charge (for the binding) for the delay. The pick-up and delivery occurred exactly at the appointed times."

There were the typical hiccups that come with this kind of job, but Steve handled everything professionally, and made everything right. Working with Steve's partner designer, Jennifer worked out well - she has excellent taste, and managed the logistics associated with product ordering and delivery. We are very happy with the end result, and hope to be working with him again soon on our hall bath."
