Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. We couldn?t be happier with the job done and the professionalism of the company."

"Kitchen remodel. Matt was very responsive and easy to work with. He was very organized and was able to complete the job in 2 weeks. The issues we had were from the people he brought in. Electrical - did not clean up wood shavings from where he drilled in basement, and I had to fix electrical outlet that was improperly installed. Am now having issue with another outlet being tripped that never had that issue before. Plumbing - left the water running in the utility tub in the basement. Since I do not go in the basement often I did not catch it until the next day. Behind the stove were a bunch of wood shavings and parts. Overall we are very pleased with the final product."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"The owner, Ron, was very professional and courteous during his initial visit. He provided me with a detailed estimate along with proof of insurance and references. The day of the job he brought a crew. The first day was mainly spent painting ceilings and prepping all the surfaces for painting. They were very thorough in their prep work, tightening popped drywall screws, spackling and sanding. The job took 2 days and they did a fantastic job. Everything looks great. Even the rooms that I had originally painted looked much better due to the touch up they did. I used them again this summer after having some windows replaced and trimmed out. They painted all the trim and touched up the walls around the trim. Everything looks great."
