After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. We couldn?t be happier with the job done and the professionalism of the company."

Electrical - did not clean up wood shavings from where he drilled in basement, and I had to fix electrical outlet that was improperly installed. Am now having issue with another outlet being tripped that never had that issue before. Plumbing - left the water running in the utility tub in the basement. Since I do not go in the basement often I did not catch it until the next day. Behind the stove were a bunch of wood shavings and parts. Overall we are very pleased with the final product."

I contracted for a tub/shower replacement and a second stand alone shower replacement.There are some dings in my tub, and my flooring and baseboard has damage on my stand alone. I was told that someone will be in contact to address these things. The install was yesterday so I m going to give them time to correct, last the product (not the labor) looks on the inexpensive end for the price. There is a lifetime warranty which is great. "The owner, Ron, was very professional and courteous during his initial visit. He provided me with a detailed estimate along with proof of insurance and references. The day of the job he brought a crew. The first day was mainly spent painting ceilings and prepping all the surfaces for painting. They were very thorough in their prep work, tightening popped drywall screws, spackling and sanding. The job took 2 days and they did a fantastic job. Everything looks great. Even the rooms that I had originally painted looked much better due to the touch up they did. I used them again this summer after having some windows replaced and trimmed out. They painted all the trim and touched up the walls around the trim. Everything looks great."
