"I have used EJ's three separate times in the last two years it is by far the best experience I've had in my 23 years in business and as a homeowner. The attention to detail of giving us heads up texts and calls before the technician heads our way is awesome because I don't have to wait at my house all day like you do with other service companies. They not only make it convenient but it's obvious that they value integrity and character over always making money. For example the second time I had EJ's out to my home this time for a dryer they replaced a heating element and told me to clean my dryer vent that it lead to the heating element failure. Of course I got busy and forgot to call the duct cleaners and six weeks later the dryer stopped heating again. I openly admitted I was at fault for not getting the vent cleaned and said I understand if I must be charged something again for my lack of follow through. EJ sent out his lead tech the following day to repair it again and without hesitation he replaced the element again. When I went to grab my checkbook Mike explained EJ already had decided to replace the element at no cost and honor his warranty even though I openly admitted I was at fault. I insisted on paying something and he said sir pay it forward. I was absolutely blown away by the integrity from ownership to the technician. You have our business for life and I will tell everyone I can about my incredible experience with your company. Thanks so much!! Justin Gandy"

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"Justin communicated, followed up and showed up when he said he would. He was professional and fixed my Dryer. I would highly recommend him."

"Mr. Appliance did a fabulous job repairing our LG dryer. Another company had come previously and made the problem worse, but Mr. Appliance replaced all of the rollers and the dryer is working like new!"

"Absolutely would hire Homer again. Courteous, professional, and listens to the customer for clues about what the problem might be. When other repair companies couldn’t get the job done, Homer was quick to diagnose the issue and repair my Samsung oven issues in a very timely manner. Thank you Angie’s List and Homer for a job well done!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"We had excellent communication from the company telling us when to expect them for delivery of our new dishwasher and installation. They arrived within the time they said they would and were very courteous and began work quickly. They made sure that I was happy with the installation, made sure they did not damage tile or carpet, made sure the dishwasher worked well before leaving. They also disposed of all packing material and the appliance box. Overall, this was the best installation experience I have ever had! Great people and I wold highly recommend them!"
