James not only fixed the plumbing issue, he completed the carpentry work and repaired the ceiling. He also replaced my shower floor and the tiles surrounding it. "We bought a deal for 2 hours of handyman service, for which we wanted the handyman to install an outdoor motion sensor light. The gentleman who came was prompt, professional, and did a good job. My only complaint was that the originally-scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled when the technician failed to show up, due to illness. While this is obviously unavoidable at times and unfortunate, the company could benefit from having a system in place to notify customers when an appointment needs to be reschedule, provide a replacement technician, or offer a discount on the services. Instead, we waited and eventually called to check on the appointment, only to be met with confusion and eventually a need to reschedule.
