"Ken and his team rewired a studs up remodel in downtown Austin during Covid for us. They were flexible, competent and actually showed when they said they would. They even responded to random texts answering questions and taking on more work we had to force them to take money for...seriously he's amazing. In addition to a new panel, removing all old wiring and installing new wiring for the complete house, Ken ran lines and installed 12 POE cameras, ran fiber to an exterior junction, installed networked smoke/CO2 detectors, and installed about 20 pot lights in the ceilings. The house being from the 1950's and having random "quirks" with pinned down old wiring didn't bother Ken or his apprentice and I found them at the house a couple of Sundays making sure they got the work done.
