Kelsey, the Office Mgr, dispatched Paul to our Round Rock home address for a free no-cost evaluation. Paul arrived within the specified time scheduled. My companion greeted him, explained the scenario and following a thorough attic and roof check, no critter was found and no entry points into the attic area was found.
