Keith discussed all possible options that might work well with our needs. He did not try to up-sell any features; if anything, he mentioned some aspects that might save us money. We ended up choosing a single 10-foot gate with small sections on either side. The project took 3 days, but the first day was mostly setting the posts and allowing the concrete to set. Keith and his assistant were always punctual. I highly recommend him for your wrought iron fence and gate needs."

"Chris did a fantastic job!  I love my new kitchen cabinets!  I had late 80s or early 90s "pink pickled wood" cabinets.  Chris sanded, primed and professionally painted my cabinets.  He does the base cabinets and drawers on site.  He removes the cabinet doors, and takes them to his shop to spray off site.  He delivered the doors back to me the following week, as promised.  
Also, I have a Kitchen Aid refrigerator with the wooden panel insets.  Chris painted the doors to match my kitchen cabinets, for far less than buying new inserts from Kitchen Aid.
He always was punctual, friendly and a true professional.  He would always call or text and let me know when he'd be back, etc.
I would definitely have Chris back again, and probably will.

"R & E Remodeling responded to our request for changing our existing kitchen cabinets from a dark finish to an off-white antique look finish to match a recently added island. Robert came out and gave us a quote for the job, plus for repairs to an upstairs bathroom which had damage from a leak; and a window sill that needed repairing. The time frame estimate was 2 weeks. His well-trained professional crew of Chino, Tomas, Temo, Mario and Maria did a fantastic job of delivering exactly what we wanted to be done. After removing the existing doors and drawer fronts which were to be refinished in their workshop, the crew walled off the area with floor to ceiling plastic, complete with long zippers to give access to the area, protecting the surrounding areas while they sanded and spray painted the remaining cabinetry. Tomas and Temo did the majority of the work, with Mario working on the bathroom and window sill project. Chino and Robert would come from time to time to check on the quality of the work being done to make sure everything was perfect. When all was finished, Maria did a meticulous job of cleaning up the work areas. Robert must train his crew to look for places that could use a repair! Chino observed that there was a large stain on the ceiling where the bathroom flood had leaked down. This was repaired and we would never know there was a stain there. Mario noticed that there was a large crack in the ceiling at the top of the stair well where the house did some settling. This was repaired and, again, looked like new. Maria even noticed that a bird had built a nest in the wreath on our front door! The eggs have hatched and house finches have created a happy family there! In spite of a large challenge --- there was a chemical reaction between the paint and the glaze due to the paint supplier substituting a different glaze product, which then required the crew to return the doors and drawer fronts to the shop to be re-sanded, re-painted, and re-glazed, the entire job was still completed within the 2 week time frame that had been proposed by Robert! To do this required the crew to work over a weekend. We especially appreciated the email that Elvia would send us each night to alert us as to what to expect for the next day's work. Our neighbors were equally impressed that R&E Remodeling had sent each of them a letter alerting them to the fact that they would be doing work at our home and if there there were any problems with their vehicles to please contact R&E directly. R&E is able to do a large variety of remodeling and home repairs. We will probably be hiring them for some future projects! We highly recommend this company and their very well trained professionals for any job big or small!"
