"Will, called me right away, after explaining, my needs vs concerns for the environment. He arrived exactly on time, explained my problem areas during the exception we did together. "I initially called to get a quote on treating bugs i have been seeing and also to identify what they were.  I was able to send photos via email of the bugs and they identified them, which was great.  When they came to spray I told him the areas that we see them, which was the kitchen and both bathrooms.  The guy was very friendly and nice and did the job and left.  A few days later I saw more bugs and they came out the following Monday and sprayed some more.  
The only thing that was confusing was that when the guy left he never gave me paperwork (an invoice) so I didn't have a record of what was done (I later found out they should have taken my email).  Other than that, it was fine.
