"Robert came out to look at my roof after I asked for bids. Of the people that came to look and work up a bid for me I chose Robert because he was the most profesional of everyone I saw. When he came to look at it he came in a company truck with ladder racks and even had a worker with him. Of the people that came he was only one that got on the roof and looked over everything, took pictures so that when he was explaining to me what needed done he could show me the pics so I knew he was being honest, he fixed the corner of my roof that was damaged then replacing the other shingles that had blown off. They tore out the old insulation, which was soaked due to the leak, had been installed incorrectly decades ago and had chicken wire holding it up.  Despite moist and dirty conditions in the cramped crawlspace, they worked efficiently and quickly. They bagged and loaded the old insulation to take with them for disposal.
