He was able to start on the project the following day and kept me updated on the progress he made, explaining various codes and how the components worked in the system when I had questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly in all our conversations. Dave went above and beyond to ensure our house was once again safe and functioning as it was prior to the fire. For the quality of his work and reasonable prices he charged, I would not hesitate to recommend him for any electrical work you may have. "Chuck's work is great.. when he shows up. He is absolutely terrible at returning calls. He has a hard time getting the projects done on a agreed deadline. Chuck never seems have everything to complete the task. Sometimes leaving several times a day to get something he forgot. The final straw was when he started a project and didn't have everything he needed. Which he had two months lead time to plan for. He left after one day with only half the job finished and has NEVER returned to finish the job. We've attempted to reach him via text and phone calls for over a month. We would never recommend him. Terrible service."

I do not have service charge, but I do have a minimum charge of $25.00 for service calls. \nI do free estimates and offer a discount to senior citizens.
