"We met Mike several years ago at the Home Show and had him come to our home to discuss the job we needed done. He arrived on time and explained everything with a fair quote. Since then, and over the past several years, we've contracted with Mike and Suburban Construction for many projects and have always been completely satisfied and happy with the results - from completely re-siding our house with new vinyl siding, renewing our front porch with composite flooring, adding stonework trim along the bottom of front, side and back of the house, re-siding and re-shingling roofs of two sheds, installing replacement windows in kitchen and living room...probably others I'm not recalling. Mike chooses the best product brands available for each project, and gives personal advice along the way. His crews are top notch - professional and highly skilled, personable, polite and respectful, and always go above and beyond with work, suggestions and advice. No matter how hot it is or how tired they are they completely clean up at the end of each day. The finished projects are always beautifully done, and they should all be proud of their stellar work. And not for nothing....they are as respectful as men wearing large work boots can be of your surrounding landscaping and flowers....construction "collateral damage" is minimal! During this past summer's latest project, one of the guys even helped me relocate my porch wreath, that held a robin's nest, to a quieter spot before the bow window was replaced!! (I replaced the wreath at the end of the day, mama robin came back, and babies started hatching the next day!) It's those extra little things that make a difference that make these guys so special!! After all, they're family men, too, and understand those random personal things that might be important to you. We highly recommend Suburban Construction for any project you need done, and not only would hire them again...we wouldn't look anywhere else! That's including removing a chimney and repairing the roof where it was! His crew showed up on time (or before!) every day. They were very hardworking, pleasant and friendly. And the work they did was A+. "I saw the reviews of PPF Seamless & Home Improvement, Inc. and reached out to them. Pete returned my message and a few days later, stopped down to my house to look at the work. Pete noticed that not only did my front gutter need replacement, but I had several other issues with my gutters, including missing end caps, missing gutter hangers, and the wrong nails used for my back gutter, (things missed from my home inspection when I purchased the house last year). I also opted to have leaf guards installed since my property is semi-wooded. Pete sent me an estimate a few days later, which was discounted due to an Angie's List coupon, and about a week later, he came and did all the work listed on the estimate. "I called T & T on the late afternoon of 3/2/15 and spoke to owner Dave Thomas about an estimate to remove the snow. He asked if I would be up at 7:00 am the next day as he could be there then. He was right on time and brought a co-worker Andy. I explained what I wanted done. He gave me an estimate for $350 which seemed very fair. I asked him when the work could be done, he said right now. Dave and Andy not only removed the snow off the front and rear of the main second story roof, they also cleaned the screen house and garage roofs. They were also very neat in cleaning up all the snow afterwards. 
I was impressed with their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.

"The addition to the front living room is used everyday and all parts are holding up and are still looking very nice. Service was good and happy with the addition.?Room that was added to the house was blending in to match the hardwood flooring that already in the house and everything looks great. The addition was just one of the items that was done. I have had several other rooms redone in the house that I am currently living in. Harold has also build counter tops and cabinets customized to my family needs. I have had the re-roof redone with Harold and the siding put on the house. I know Harold has been able to do anything that is needed that I have asked of him to complete."
