"The service tech was great, but cost was way too high. $512 to replace two GFCI receptacles after a diagnosis of the electric panel and the circuits. Could have been much much higher if I had agreed to all the other “recommended add-on services and equipment” this company offered. Also requested a quote for installation of an EV charging unit. Nearly $5,800! Got a second quote from another company - $1,326. Guess which quote I accepted. But, as I said, the tech was great - friendly, very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful. But beware the high cost."

"Keith and the team at All In Electric are extremely professional and Keith is always fast to respond. When we first moved into our house, Keith came and talked through some of my plans for my living room to remove a ceiling fan, install some recessed lighting, install an outlet in the ceiling for the projector, pull through an HDMI cable from the projector to the entertainment center, and add an additional switch to separate out the lights on my staircase from the lights in my living room (a recommendation that I hadn't even thought of but Keith recommended and I'm glad he did!). When I was getting this job quoted out, some of the others who I had called either just gave me numbers over the phone or didn't even prepare a quote, and this was before Covid. While this wasn't a huge job, it spoke a lot about Keith's professionalism and the quality I could expect from him and his team. Fast-forward to the last couple of days and I had purchased a video doorbell knowing that I had issues with my doorbell since we moved in, but we didn't really mind not having the doorbell ring. I tried several things myself and was at an impasse, so I reached out to Keith to see if I could get someone from his team out to take a look, give me a quote, and/or fix this issue. Upon telling Keith of the issue, he mentioned that it sounded like the transformer had gone bad. I let him know that I had actually just replaced that transformer and he was very prompt to respond and even mentioned a few other things that it could be, as not all doorbell wiring is the same. Based on what he mentioned, I was able to determine that it was in fact the chime that had gone bad and the power was not making it to the front door button because the chime had gone bad. Needless to say, I 100% recommend Keith and his team for any of your electrical needs and I will continue to call Keith for all of mine."

"The generator didn't function for a while. It turned out to be an internal connection issue. They were difficult to deal with regarding this problem. They just walked away after the install and the subsequent visits. This went on for a month. They'd come back out, get it working, and it would fail. They also sold us a cold weather kit that I didn't anticipate buying, and they said that this kit was causing the issue. Finally, a tech took the entire morning to resolve our issue. He found that there was a wire not plugged in. After he plugged it in, everything was fine."

"Call Chesapeake Energy Solutions after having the fire department at my house early in the morning for something over heating and causing smoke to fill my house. the fire department recommend that I replace both lights in my kitchen and considering the smoke detectors did go off that morning I replaced them as well. I talked to Ryan at 8 am to see if he could get someone out that morning. he told me he was pretty booked in the morning but someone would be there around 5 pm. Everything went perfect. Clinton the electrician arrived earlier than was expect, and performed the work in about 2 hours. Very nice guy who explained the difference between my old lights and the new ones that were installed. Clinton was very responsive to any questions I had about the products installed. Received a phone call from Ryan the owner today, seeing how everything went and if there was anything else that he could be a help with. He worked efficiently to alleviate the problem. After the repair was completed he checked and double checked to make sure the appliance was working properly. A very favorable experience."
