"Larry was great! He spoke to me about my options, came to my home to give me an estimate and had the work done the next day! My job was small but he didn't treat it as a small job. He was honest and his work was perfect. If I needed any siding or roofing repair again, I would not hesitate to call Reliable Roofing. Their entire team was absolutely a pleasure to work with!"

"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! And they also had the best price quote out of three estimates I received. 1121 Roland Heights Ave. 21211"

Let me previous by saying we had been 14 years trying to get the large dorm window in the center of the house trimmed and dry walled. We have had many carpenters look at the project. They eventually left saying, "They would send us an estimate,"  and were never heard from again.  Secondly, my husband, love him dearly, but he is a hard nosed perfectionist!!!! Having said that, John and his crew tackled a very difficult and challenging project with gusto. The end project is beautiful and my husband was dully  impressed.

John noticed that the garage doors had never been properly sealed by the original builder. Since we were replacing door casings with PVC anyways, John recommended doing the garage doors (two- two car doors, the side entrance door, and a third garage door on the second floor of the garage. 4 doors total.) We very much appreciate his professional observations and recommendations.

The employees of John's, ( it was the first day with the company for one of them) were hard working, dedicated, and extremely talented and knowledgeable.

John was honest it telling us that because of all the little projects we hired him for, the cost would run higher. The quality and peace of mind that after 14 years these projects were finally getting completed was worth it.

In summary, we were very please with John's honesty and professionalism. The office called us and kept us informed if they were going to be late or when coming. ( on one occasion, due to an emergency that prevented them from arriving on time one day, the staff called and apologized profusely.) John's employees demonstrated commitment, professionalism, and competency. We, especially my husband, were extremely please and impressed.

Thanks, Sue

"Excellent! Had the squirrels removed and whole roof replace"

"Fantastic responsiveness, especially with the rain coming in 36 hours. Good pricing, good professionalism, highly recommend that you include them in your next roofing project, or at least as one of your bidders."

"If you're looking to make the process of replacing your roof and/or gutters easier on yourself, you can't do better than Restoration Roofing. We requested an estimate online and heard back within 24 hours (and it was a weekend). Jose, the owner, came within the week to provide a detailed estimate. He shared information about the materials, warranties, estimated costs, and the company's process. His crew arrived early, was polite and professional while working, and finished the roof in a single day. Our gutter replacement was done in less than a full day. During the roofing work, Jose sent us pictures from the roof so we could see the process, which was interesting and helpful. The work was beautiful and the team cleaned everything up exceptionally well, too. We appreciated the thorough estimate, quick responses, excellent quality work and materials, and clear explanations. I highly recommend Restoration Roofing for your home."

"It was a positive experience. We worked directly with the owner. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and did a great job matching our existing siding. He would be my first choice for any future roofing or siding needs."
