"My deck was in major need of a structural repair because it had safety issues. The deck is still in good overall shape so I did not want to tear it all down and start from scratch. After several attempts contacting other company’s, John was the only one who reached out to me and was willing to do this kind of repair. It is so sad that other companies are not willing to take on “smaller” jobs or at least with a fair estimate (I find they overbid for job they don’t want to do so you say no).
