The work involved taking up the old floor, installing an interior drain on all exterior walls, sump pump, Polyshield on the walls, membrane and pouring a new cement floor. The work was further complicated when the workers discovered our sewer pipe was not properly connected. This involved bring in a plumber to lay a new sewer pipe. The house was built in 1917, so things were very old downstairs. The whole process took longer since the sewer work took a week. Everything is complete now. The workers are great; this is extremely hot and hard work. Everything was cleaned up and my nitpicky fixes made. Communication behind the homeowner, workers and management needs to be improved upon. There was a lot of work to be done and guidance from the company was appreciated. Katy and Rich were very helpful."
