It was immediately evident upon meeting him that Bob is the consummate professional. He is extremely reliable and trustworthy. He explained everything to us, including different options and construction materials, in a very clear way. His price was very reasonable, and he was willing to do everything we wanted, including time-consuming cutouts in the shower.
