"I know that no company is perfect, but Pitell Granite comes pretty close. They just finished their third project for me, a granite countertop and island in my new kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. It is beautiful! The kitchen required nearly 35 linear feet of stone. Due to the size of the run, it required a seam, and it is so expertly fabricated and installed that the seam is nearly invisible. The Pitell team was great to work with and the price was very competitive. I heartily recommend them!"

"I was so frustrated because of a problem with existing granite in my home.  I called the people who had installed it for the previous owner and am still waiting (3 days) but I found Custom Marble and Granite on Angie's List and called.  Joanna was VERY HELPFUL.  She took time to help me think through possible solutions and asked me to email photos of the granite (I was hoping to match it if this piece couldn't be fixed).  I did call a few other granite companies, but these folks were BY FAR THE BEST with customer service response!  My contractor was able to fix the problem with the existing slab, but when it is time to replace the granite that I don't like in our main bathroom I will definately be calling CUSTOM GRANITE AND MARBLE. <br />"

"This is the <strong>VERY</strong>  <strong>BEST </strong> carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning company! Dan and Gary arrived on time.  They both are very polite and efficient.  As they set up to clean the carpets they first put a plastic cover over the opened door so that the hoses could get in without leaving the door open.   I have never seen this done before and it  helped keep insects out and our air condition running.  They have corner protectors placed so that the hoses wouldn't interfere with the corners of the walls, another feature that I have never seen with carpet cleaning.  Their equipment is top notch.  Dan surveyed the job with us before they began.  I informed him that we have a large dog that is a shedder and drooler thus making for our extremely soiled carpets and upholstery.  Most carpets were so soiled that they should have been replaced, but we wanted to give Clean Interior a try.  We are so <strong>IMPRESSED</strong>!  Both men worked very efficiently.  They are a great team..very kind and professional. They put a lot of hard work into this job.  After the carpet dried the next morning,  I noticed a spot that needed a little extra attention and Gary came right back over to retouch it.  We were a 40 minute drive(without traffic)  and he made the trip!  This is the best customer service that anyone could have asked for. He said that it was important for us to be happy with their work.  Well, we sure are..they made our carpets and upholstery look brand new which saved us money since now we don't have to replace them.  If you are looking for a great company..I assure you that  this is it and you will be <strong>EXTREMELY</strong> satisfied! "They were not good. They damaged one of the cabinets and would not replace it. They were great until it got damaged and then they washed their hands of us. We bought them through Lowe's and the lady at Lowe's was great. She told me that I was going to have to settle for that. They accidently put a nail through it and I didn't find it until after they left and they would not come back and fix it. It took them three months, we had not kitchen. We had to wait another month or a guy to come out and put putty in the damaged cabinet. All he did was put putty in it, dry it, and sand it. I do love my kitchen. "
