"Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

The estimating person Brogan, visited and thoroughly inspected my entire roof. Brogan reviewed his inspection and assisted in showing me the issues he discovered. He also recommended a roof replacement that would last much longer than a repair. He provided some samples of roofing materials. We discussed some options to serve my needs as well as some financing choices. In summary I am counting on and looking forward to having Roger's Roofing solve my roofing requirements."

"Dan’s crew of six were at my home bright and early this morning, worked steadily, completed my small home in one day, and my roof looks great! Dan painted my chimney surround and another chimney on the roof, to match the replacement vents, and replaced some fascia so that everything looks pulled together and tidy. The guys were professional and polite, Dan checked over everything when the job was completed to insure it was up to standard, and encouraged me to call him at any time if I have questions or concerns. "Timeline was delayed a little as this work involved an insurance claim. But Chris Sabin of WateROOFessional was there all the way and helped coordinate. The roof was completed last week. Looks great. 2 story house with a couple hard to access spots and a detached garage. Used proper materials in different areas. Repaired/replaced things as necessary and appropriate including 2 remote controlled skylights. Even painted the vent stacks. All in all, good quality and workmanship. "Did not go well. I was told it would be more cost effective to replace rather than repair. I understood a replacement would be of similar features, capacity and efficiency, not true. My range was a single oven electric range with 5 elements on a smooth surface. I was first offered $299.99 to replace, After a week of attempting to speak with the person handling my claim the amount was raised to $349. There's nothing on the market similar to what I had for that price. The cheapest I could find was $599 on sale"
