His prep work was meticulous, and when he finished the job after the two days of hard work, I ended up with a new bathtub! I chose the "Super truck" since I had cleaned the carpet with rental machines the last two times and due to wildfire smoke and local construction dust they were in dire need of deep cleaning. I could have gone with the smaller truck for a lower price but happy I went with the self contained steam system in Super truck. Other than some wear areas which are not going to come out all the stains and coffee spills are no longer there and carpets look close to new. The only quibble was with the sales staff on the phone who did not pass on how many parking spaces the truck required and we had to juggle the location upon arrival, but luckily I had a spot in my alley that worked. A couple of other internal miscommunications by their staff put pressure on Mike but in the end it all worked out."
