"Prior to the work we received Trades Unlimited did a roof inspection and described in full detail the work that needed to be done. The work proceeded on schedule and was delayed only by a day of rain. The supervisor on the job (Rick Riccardo) kept me up to date daily on the progress. We have a 3 car garage and only one side needed to be kept free for the work. They performed a cleanup of debris at the end of each day. After completion of the work, there was a final inspection which found no issues. The job was completed for the agreed upon cost, with no additional charges incurred."

"A young guy came out and looked at my roof.  He was only up there a short time.  He came down and informed me that I need a new roof.  He also informed that he sealed areas that needed it.  I found it odd that he would not make eye contact with me. I had another company come out the same day.  They said I do not need a new roof and no one had sealed anything on my roof.  The roof is only 3 years old and the 2nd company that came out said this is completey repairable."

"After looking at different options to bring natural light into two areas of my house, I selected Sunshine Experts to install Solatubes.
They were easy to work with and their installation contractor was very good. He was prompt, discussed different sizes while I was finalizing which size I wanted, didn't do a hard sell on me and both rooms are so much lighter. He installed in the kitchen and laundry room. Only thing I don't absolutely love is that it does casts a bluish light in the space- from that perspective I would have preferred a skylight, but I knew this going into it. Their pricing was pretty close to others, though overall I think it's a little high for the amount of work and the product itself which is not very substantial...looks a bit like I could buy it at home depot but it is the product I selected. Overall, good experience.
