"Mike Wagner came out very quickly because our sump pump discharge was clogged and I initially thought it would require rodding. Before starting, he said "let's take a look at the tail end of the pipe", where the water terminated to a nearby storm sewer. He quickly assessed that we did not need rodding, and the end of the pipe just needed to be cleared (had gobs of sod, mulch and even some dead frogs in it". He cleared it quickly and only charged me for a trip charge (which we found very reasonable, especially since he came out so quickly). We were very happy with his professionalism, service, and most importantly his honesty. Would recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional plumber. Thanks Mike!"

He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement. "Well. I have a sewer backup system that Permaseal installed in 2012. Never had a problem with it and it solved my sewer backup problem. I am supposed to have it inspected annually. I skipped a few years by laziness. They inspected this year. All was in order. They did however recommend that I replace a pump that is beyond its expected useful life and also batteries that are beyond their life. Those will be done in September or October. At same time I asked them to look at a floor drain in an unfinished portion of my basement. Water had come up. They diagnosed that my kitchen sink was backing up into the floor drain and fixed the problem by rodding the pipe under the floor drain. They were prompt and efficient. I also arranged to prepay for 5 years of servicing."
