They they were very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues that arose unexpectedly. They paid great attention to detail didn’t rush through any of the projects and still finished in a timely manner. They both showed up every day on time and they responded to any phone calls or questions in a timely manner. "Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!

"I contacted CMP to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Brian was prompt to respond and set an appointment. Him and his crew took measurements and went over every detail of the project, answering all my questions. Scheduled and started on time. Demoed powder room to bare studs and floors. Ran new plumbing to add shower. Ran new electric for GFI outlets. Installed new toilet,shower and vanity. Installed new tile in shower and floors. New sheetrock and paint. Finished on time. "The experience was a nightmare from start to finish. He sold us on an experienced crew and then hired a sub contractor that he had no prior experience working with. For four weeks he sent one guy with no help and no oversight. Along the way there were a few large mistakes and numerous small mistakes. We spent thousands on cabinets, appliances and other materials that ended up dented and scratched. He left trash and scrap outside, broken glass in the yard, and trashed our deck. There was no electrical rough in inspection and the plumbing failed the first inspection. Overall Total Home Solution did the bare minimum and it shows in the finished product."
