Throughout the whole process, the communication was wonderful and timely, the information and explanations were easy to understand (I don't speak HVAC, and I feel the two trips, parts and labor were more than fairly charged. At no point did I feel pressure from DMC to replace my unit or have more work done than was necessary. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them without a doubt."
