I had pipe on my septic tank replaced and had a hole in my back yard for almost two weeks. The worker was very good at trying to keep me informed but the office staff and managers did not communicate with me or their staff very effectively. When receiving a new Use Permit, it stated on the permit they didn't fill out the form completely. The sad thing is I was right there when they were filling it out and they didn't ask me one thing to fill in the blanks on the application. They were a bit pricey too but I was under a time crunch."
