"Tony performed diagnostics and determined that a new fan motor was needed. UPDATED AS OF 08/07/2020: They replaced central A/C moto, it went very good. Sorry that Tony P. had to endure the 90 degree temperature."

"Very professional organization. They did not try to up-sell me as other companies did; rather they met my needs in a cost conscious manner and the heat and AC all work perfectly for my home. The installation was first rate. Plus they give multi-year service free of charge. I would recommend them without hesitation."

"The installation went very well. The installation team, Rabi, Moe, and Murad, did an excellent job. They were hard working, courteous, respectful of us and our property. They explained the steps for the work carefully and involved us in decision making for several steps of the process. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They were with us for four days and each day they provided the same level of service. Our case manager, Rachael, kept us informed each step of the way. She answered questions quickly. Good experience. I would hire them again."

"I have been doing business with Central Air for over 17 years. High quality work and competitive prices."

"Excellent communication from the office. Steven came at the time that I was told and completed a sump pump replacement. He was patient and communicated with me very well. I have been looking for a new plumber so Good Tidings maybe the one. In terms of price, I don't know how much this would have cost but honestly I have too much in my furnished basement to be concerned when a huge storm is coming. I will be back to install a new backup pump from Good Tidings!"

"I have used Speer Air for several years for HVAC preventive maintenance at my home. We recently expanded and they installed a package unit to take care of the expansion space. The work was good and they have been back for adjustments as necessary."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Zach from PipeWorks came today to install a new kitchen faucet and do an annual clean/diagnostic of the basement boiler. In both cases, he discovered and patiently explained upgrades and replacements, which he performed expertly. He also answered all of my questions with care – including the dumb ones – and explained the charges clearly. Zach didn’t try to upsell me anything unnecessary – he did what he needed to do and didn’t do what he didn’t need to do. Finally, he’s a very nice and polite guy, which made the event comfortable and trustworthy. I’m thrilled with my upgraded faucet, which works perfectly, and glad to have the boiler in tip-top shape for the season. I happily recommend Zach and PipeWorks to be your in-home experts for fixes and recommendations."

"I called for a central air unit fan that was not spinning on Monday night and it was fixed the next morning before noon. Condenser needed to be replaced and they had one on the truck that was fixed in minutes."

"Our sales rep Matt was great. He explained everything in great detail, Install was fast, next day in fact. Work was done in about 6 hours. They kept the area clean. Purchased both heating unit and AC unit. The price was a little on the high side of the average."
