"We have been with Hiller for over 6 years now, and have nothing but positive experiences. They installed both of our systems about 5 years ago and have regularly serviced them since (part of the Happy Hiller Club). They never are pushy with up selling unnecessary services or parts, but always let us know what is available. Particularly we have had great service from our regular technician Nikkia Jones. He has done our annual preventative service for several years now, and recently helped with a service issue. We had a minor noise develop in one of our vents, and since Hiller warranties their parts and labor for 10 years, we called them on a Sunday and they were able to schedule us the next day. Again, we were lucky enough to have Nikkia come out, he quickly diagnosed the problem, and took the time to make sure that the issue was 100% solved (loose damper blade?). Our system is actually running quieter now that it ever has. As always, Nikkia was on time, professional, wore appropriate PPE/social distanced, respected our home, took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure we were fully satisfied with the resolution. It is service like this that will keep us Hiller customers for a very long time."

"Plumber had to run a sewer clean out to find root cause of problem. Once this was finished he found a bad blockage in line and one break in line next to foundation. He was very professional and kept us informed of problem and cost all the way while trying to resolve the problem. I had previously paid 3 different plumbers to fix problem and it still was not fixed. This resulted in a huge problem at my property and caused my home owner insurance to be involved. I selected Mr Rooter off Angie’s list cause I had heard about it and because of Angie’s list I felt I could trust the company. It cost more than I wanted to pay out of pocket but I believe the end results will be my reward. Mr Rooter found the root cause, performed the sewer clean out install, ran a camera through the line, got a mitigation company to perform the dry out and gave me information to have the water damage the plumbing issue caused fixed."
