"From the start Cash was always on time and very responsive to all of our questions and changes to the project. Professional and knowledgable he always returned my calls within a few minutes. We contracted him to rebuild our shower, tile the shower and bathroom floor. Install a new soaker tub and seamless shower enclosure. We provided the tile vanities and fixtures.
Jesus and Maria did the tile work. They were very professional and detail oriented. Worked with us on the shower design and the tile layout. Great folks cant say enough about how fantastic their work is. I would hire them to do our next tile job without hesitation. Very happy with how the shower and floors came. Cash's other subs were great also. Glass and plumbing guys were Professional and spot on time every scheduled appointment. Scott from Borden Glass was Very professional. During installation he brought a slight mis measurement of the shower glass to my attention. They reordered the piece. He could have "made it work" and tried to see if we would notice but he did not. They absorbed the mistake and did it the right way.
All in all a great experience. I will hire Cash and his crew again when we move on to the kitchen remodel.

"We purchased a new home that we wanted painted inside and out before move-in.  Our first choice of provider  who we had previous experience with was not available on the timeline I preferred so I went to Angies List and messaged several providers.  Tim Lee was the first to respond (within minutes) and contacted me that evening to set up a time to come give estimate and let me know they could start the following week and be complete before our move in date.  He used Sherwin Williams paint which was our preference and had a paint swatch stack on hand so we could select exact paint colors during the estimate visit which was helpful and saved us going to Sherwin Williams and grabbing several cards and taking them back to the house to contemplate/decide.  He was very thorough and professional in estimate and provided us several options to see what best met our budget.  He was EXTREMELY prompt in response and communication helping get our project started.  He estimated 7 work days to complete and actually was able to start ahead of schedule by 1 day and complete project in 4 days.  There was a communication issue with team as they had communicated completion prior to actual completion but that was quickly resolved.  All in all we were very pleased.  We dropped in to check progress every day and team was very courteous.  I will say it was a little more cluttered with personal items scattered outside and in during the work but they did clean up everything when complete.  A few splatters were found after completion but minimal considering 2 stories 2499 sq feet completed and nothing we couldn't touch up on our own and had we had them do ceilings/doors it would have resolved itself but we chose to limit to walls and baseboards and exterior for personal budget reasons.  If you need a quality job completed in a short amount of time, this group worked days/nights/weekends until completed.  I would recommend them!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
