"David and his guys did a great job renovating our master bathroom in our 1979 condo. The shower had the original tiles so it looked pretty outdated when Adam came by to give his estimate. Adam was very professional, friendly, and generous with his time. He gave suggestions and inputs design-wise, also different options if we wanted to reduce costs on certain things on our wishlist. We met with several other contractors, but we decided to go with Roys Builders because of their professionalism, and Adam always responded to our emails promptly. David was knowledgeable and he was great in helping me organized what materials I needed to buy, where to get deals, etc. Master Bathroom: They demolished the old shower and installed new shower pan, new tiles on the shower walls and floor, new shower fixtures, added shampoo niche, installed shower glass, new toilet, and new exhaust fan/heater/ light combo. They also created wood window frame to make the old aluminum sliding window looks so much nicer! They also applied wallpaper on the accent wall, and painted the rest of the walls. Guest Bathroom: They did some repairs and updated/ installed several things: new vanity, new medicine cabinet, new faucet and shower fixtures, and replaced water-damaged baseboards, painted the new baseboards, painted the wall, and also added the wood frame around the sliding aluminum window. Actually, they did many other little things/ finishing touches to make our bathrooms turned out great! All of his guys were nice and polite. We highly recommended this company"

"Cabinets arrived ten days so later than expected but that didn't matter because of the construction schedule. We used Waypoint which isn't the fanciest brand but they look great and are more affordable. The store offers other cabinet brands more upscale.  Megan is extremely responsive to questions and easy to reach and I really appreciated that.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Remodeling a kitchen is a pretty major under taking, and was quite an investment for us, so we wanted to go with someone we felt confident with, and after our first meeting with Ben and Moe, (a meeting totally set around our schedule, btw) we felt like a team. Often, with contractors, after everything is signed you never see the owners again. Not the case with OC Builders Group, the owners, and project manager were there everyday, checking in, and documenting the progress. Speaking of progress, our full-kitchen remodel was finished 4 weeks ahead of schedule, and included many cool features and ideas they included in the design. OC Builders Group also greatly minimized the pain-in the buttocks that goes with having major construction done about ten feet from your bedroom. They sectioned off the entire work area with double sided tarp, and had lock box, so we had a lot of privacy and relatively little dust through out the job, (and left the place every night way cleaner than it was before we hired them). our kitchen looks better than we ever imagined. Highly recommend."
