We have a minimum of $150 for the first hour and $100 for each hour for service calls. The average cost for bathtub and shower installations is $3500. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Good...the last time I had someone out is was an electrician and he replaced a ballister and tried to fix the bathroom light fixture but it was non repairable so I was given an allowance to replace it and now I have a cute light fixture all spanking new."
