"This is my second review. Carlton stretched my carpet in January. He did a very good job but had a bump in the middle of the room which he attributed to the cold. The room was an unheated attic. He agreed to return when the weather was warmer to finish the job. Well itâ s October, So I contacted him and received a prompt reply and now 3 days later the job is completed. Very good work. Carlton honors his warranty."

"Very prompt response to my inquiry. They did not need to come out to estimate the flooring installation, just from photos and my measurements. They were able to come out the next day. Installers were also prompt and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves and the work quality is very good. Would definitely use them again. "
