"It went well. Some of the wall to fixture wiring had been previously updated, but most of the wiring running from attic to basement needed to be replaced and grounded fixtures all throughout. It was a big task. Brad mapped it all out days before starting the job. One thing Brad prides himself on is customer service, and he carried that out through the entire project. There was change orders, as well as punch list items, and he took care of all of them promptly and efficiently. Brad was on the job site most of the time, and when he wasn't he was in constant communication with his two crew members (both very nice fellows)."

"Arrived as expected for appraising and estimate of job to be done. Received a line by line description of estimate again, as expected. Arrived promptly as scheduled and completed job within the estimated time frame. I truly believe I lucked out finding this company to perform the job. The Job was in Philadelphia at my sons home to-which I live over 400 miles away. John (owner) was extremely cooperative in setting up the work to be done. VERY VERY CREDIBLE! Did outstanding work. "After doing some research, I had a preliminary view of what needed to be done and the cost of the material for the work. Then, I contacted 5 electricians to get written estimates for the work. Four of the electricians quoted a price that was more expensive than Glenn. One electrician suggested replacing my current 200 AMP, 30-circuit electrical panel that was maxed out at 38 circuits, with a 40-circuit panel thereby only gaining 2 additional slots. Another electrician suggested instead installing a 100 AMP, 20-circuit sub-panel, which was the correct recommendation, per my research. Glenn also suggested this approach, so I immediately knew that I was dealing with a straight shooter. While price was an important part of the decision making process for selecting an electrician, price was not the only reason I decided to go with Glenn. Of course, he had outstanding reviews on Angle’s list (A ratings only), but of all of the electricians, he was the MOST thorough and MOST detailed at exploring what needed to be done and he explained everything step by step ... he also asked a lot of questions and analyzed my current electrical setup before making a recommendation. He provided a very comprehensive recommendation with 3 different options for me to choose from that provided an efficient sub- panel set up that was also cost efficient, but all 3 recommendations solved my problem. I decided to go with a 100 AMP 20 circuit sub-panel that will provide me with plenty room to expand in the future. Glenn completed all work in 2 days and I was extremely pleased with the job he did. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable regarding his trade, he is also very professional, quite personable; a very nice person. It was a pleasure to work with him and as I told him after the job was completed, he will be "my electrician guy" going forward. I "highly" recommend Glenn ... simply put, he is OUTSTANDING!!"

"The quote was nearly 50% higher than our lowest quote and about 25% higher than the next highest quote. Also, the electrician recommended a GFCI breaker, which would have been incompatible with our installation (the outlet was to be used with an electric vehicle charger that has built-in GFCI protection). Doubling up on the GFCI can cause problems and is against the installation directions. I wouldn't expect the electrician to know this necessarily (he didn't see the installation directions), but he boasted that they have worked with Teslas, so perhaps he should know (or stop using that as a selling point). Wes Carver Electrical was the only one to recommend GFCI, which added even more to the cost and put that part of their quote about 75% higher than what we ultimately paid for the work."
