"This was such a great experience.  My first try with Angie's list ...Juan and the rest of the JA Drywall team made the process so easy.  Juan responded to my initial response and he worked with me online.  I sent him some dimensions, drawings, and pictures.  In return he gave me an estimated price, but then came out just a day or two later.  The project was a full basement finish including a drywall ceiling.  The team showed up on the day we agreed they would start (about 3 weeks later).  Arrived early that morning and got ready for the drywall to be delivered.  A half a day later they had all the drywall install!!!  The next 4 days was made up of the finishing work which was about 2-3 hours each time he came.  The team did not leave any debris behind and the basement looks awesome.  Could not have asked for a better experience.

"Our refrigerator started making a terrible noise on Saturday. We called Aviv and they did a preliminary diagnosis over the phone. They gave us an option of coming out to take a look on Saturday or waiting until Monday to come with the part needed. We chose to wait until Monday. They called to confirm, they called to let us know when they would be here and the estimated price. They came when they said they would, did the repair, cleaned up and was gone in under half an hour. All this during the Covid-19 crisis. I would HIGHLY recommend their services."

"Alpha & Omega PMR did a good job with repairing my window I was having a draft come thru my front window and because the window balance was off he was able to rebalance the window and repair the spring loads as well as replace the locks and clips to repair it, saved me a headache of replacing the entire window frame. When the work was scheduled to be performed, the installers were knowledgeable professionals, who showed up on time and worked long hours to get the work complete within the two date estimate.

The work was done with respect for my property and without undue interruptions. The installers were also very pleasant and informative.

Dave Condin was the final person who came to do quality control. He is an amazing and talented person. He is fun to talk with and seems to be the ultimate problem solver.

A week after the installation we are now facing a heat wave, and I can already see the benefits of this program. My house does not heat up because of the attic. The air conditioning runs less frequently, and the house seem far more comfortable.

The best part is that PEPCO agrees to a rebate off the cost of the installation. This makes the process and unbelievable bargain.

There was much attention to detail in installing the new shingles, and necessary unexpected repairs that were identified were done without delay. The workers are efficient and effective. "Wesley and team did our entire interior and rear exterior of house. Very complicated project (intricate) and time consuming. It was an entire house gut, so we dealt with a ton of subcontracts. Wesley and his team were probably the best (or at least top 3) we dealt with. Always first there and last to leave. very flexible with other contractors working in the space.
