Our house was over 90 years old and he went literally "above and beyond" to help us when unrelated issues happened to come up with our boiler. He employs very talented subcontractors that he has worked with for years and who helped contribute to the smooth completion of our project. He has excellent taste and was extremely helpful in offering his opinion when we decided to make some changes. We were very happy with the look and finish of our garage- we re-used brick from the demolition and he was able to make the exterior match our existing house perfectly. He is attentive and available to answer questions and personally inspected all of the work as it was completed"

"My experience with Salvador and his team went so well that I don't think I will hire any other company for future projects! My bathroom was very, very dated and needed to be fully gutted. Salvador gave me a fair price for all the work it needed and worked very hard to work within that budget. His team is the best I've ever had. Salvador is RESPONSIVE. He would text me back, call me back, and show up whenever I needed his input. His team, led by Eduardo, and supported by Oscar and a few other fantastic crew members, had all the qualities I wanted in a renovation team. 1) THEY NEVER SAID NO. Eduardo and his team always respected the kids' demanding schedule by tiptoeing while they napped and closing doors very quietly, working with my children in mind--and I didn't even have to ask them to do this. The gentlemen were courteous, respectful, and considerate every day for the time they worked in my home. 3) THEY ARE SMART AND CREATIVE. Salvador, Eduardo, and Oscar gave me feedback and creative input during the project that really saved me time and helped me reach the vision I hoped for. The end result: my friends and family tell me that my new bathroom looks like it belongs in a hotel and a magazine. I can't thank Salvador enough for all the great work he and his team did!"

"Jack took detailed notes during home quote visit and provided us an initial estimate over the phone. His proposal was comparable to other bids we got. We decided to move forward and he sent us a written estimate via email. The first estimate was slightly over original amount due to known possibility with electrical and additional work we wanted. They started the project and it took about 6 weeks to complete. There were some bumps in the beginning with days/time they were working but we were able to sort that out and all was good. Ralph was the main guy that did most of the work. He did a nice job and made sure to clean up after the end of each day. Basement turned out great and We are very happy with it."

"This pro did a great job! They completely renovated our 99 year old home. They tore out and replaced everything inside, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even the old, out of code wall studs that were discovered when the walls were taken out. They replaced all doors and windows as well to give a seamless look inside and out. They also added needed accessibility features. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks. They worked with our lender's consultant, appraisers, inspectors and the village building department to give us a beautiful new home on time and within budget. The owner was in contact throughout the process and continues to answer questions as they come up. The owner is honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this pro."
