"The process went very smoothly, from Terry helping us shop flooring choices and granite options, to scheduling of the install. While Terry was in our home discussing options, I voiced my wish that I had more cabinet space in the kitchen. He said "No problem, I can match what you have and add a cabinet". We took him up on that offer and are very pleased with the space and it looks like the cabinet was always there. This is the 3rd time we have used CCCM and have always been happy with their work. When we had questions, CCCM has always responded promptly. We found that Jody and his crew were on schedule and cleaned up well when they were done. CCCM Inc. is a busy contractor as are most good ones. They took into account our budget and offered options. I felt they always kept our best interest in mind. "Since parts of the house are over 100 years old, I knew that I would need a lot of new decking under the roof. I also needed drip edge material installed to prevent ice dam problems that I had been experiencing. I also needed trim repair and gutters. Everything turned out great. The timing was great as well. that got it done in 3 days working dawn to dusk just before the cold weather set in. The acid test was the one stretch in January where we got at least 18 inches of snow without a thaw. I had the ice dams as usual but no leaks this time. This outfit is very professional and is a real bargain if your looking for top quality workmanship. I would not hesitate to use them again for any type of general contracting work that you might need. I found out about Above and Beyond with my own 2 eyes. I was really impressed with some projects he was doing for my neighbor. I found out that my neighbor had been using them for years on a variety of projects. "Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

"Overall it went great. The project is 95% complete and we were able to move in on our deadline. I'm not sure how much we saved ourselves with doing some of the project management ourselves. I think we added stress for ourselves and it wasn't always clear what we were handling, what Mike was handling. There were miscommunications on both his and our part. The overall cost was of project was higher than we had planned for. We opted to figure out and price some things as we went along, as opposed to a fixed bid up front. So, we saved on a higher fixed bid and markups, but also bore the risk of the unexpected things that popped up. Mike worked his b*** off, often 6 days week to meet our deadline and get us into the house (we were living in a rental while the remodel happened). Mike is truly a jack of all trades. I was impressed with the quality of his custom carpentry, his attention to detail and quality. At times it seemed getting it exactly right could have better balanced with getting it done faster/cheaper. Mike seems very honest with a lot of integrity. He is very willing to talk through details and explain things without being condescending. I would definitely hire Wentworth Construction again."
